• Google Account Data: When you connect Google Drive via OAuth 2.0, we collect your Google email address, profile name, and encrypted OAuth access & refresh tokens.
• Drive Metadata: File and folder names, file sizes, MIME types, and modification dates to display your unified storage metrics and file catalog.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Orbit Drive’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We access your Google Drive strictly to aggregate storage metrics, list files in your multi-account dashboard, and facilitate authorized user actions (upload, download, organize).
• No Human Inspection: We do not read, view, or scan your personal file content.
• No Advertising or Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or external third parties.
• No AI Model Training: Your files and Google user data are never used to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

3. Data Storage and Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (AES-256) to protect OAuth tokens stored on our secure servers. All communication between your browser, our servers, and Google APIs is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain full control over your connected accounts. You can disconnect your Google Drive account at any time from the Manage Accounts page. When disconnected, our database permanently deletes stored access tokens, refresh tokens, and cached file metadata.
